What We Do
Manage 126 units of HUD Public Housing comprised of one 78-unit, four-story building and one 40-unit, three-story building, and eight units of duplexes and single-family homes for families.
Own and manage 60 units of HUD Section 8, New Construction (project-based voucher) housing comprised of one, three-story complex for seniors and disabled persons.
Own and manage 21 Rural Development (USDA) housing comprised of one, two-story complex for senior and disabled persons.
Own and manage 27 affordable/below-market-rate units (duplexes and one single-family home) for low- to moderate-income seniors and disabled persons.
We have two full-time maintenance technicians and have on-call maintenance 24-7.

The Rice Lake Housing Authority currently provides subsidized housing to more than 260 residents in Rice Lake.
